A residential masterplan guided by ecological restoration to preserve stormwater in a watershed zone.
View MoreLessThe Preserve is an ecologically-responsible residential masterplan near downtown Washougal, Washington and the Columbia River waterfront. Phase 1.1 consists of townhome-style apartments that engage street frontage and a green loop. Landscaped areas are comprised of native species that actively participate in responsible stormwater management within a sensitive watershed zone. The initial phase, along with multi-family dwellings in future phases, cultivate a distinct Pacific Northwest character — mid-density development that simultaneously engages urban and natural contexts.
