View MoreLess

El Dorado was asked to design a series of solutions for the University of Missouri - Kansas City’s KCUR radio station that 1) addresses space needs now and for the forseeable future and 2) Provides a new home for KCPM that strengthens its presence in the community and engages with it in meaningful ways. This study considers a 2-story new-build on the selected 5300 Troost site, in the spirit of providing KCPM with the best possible home for the future. A set of ten (10) common, overarching project principles have been created to guide the development of this proposal. These principles range in scale from highly conceptual to specific and from regional to architectural.
