InterUrban ArtHouse Trellis

Crafting an outdoor arts experience.

El Dorado designed, fabricated, and installed the trellis to support the indoor-outdoor programming needs of the InterUrban ArtHouse in Overland Park. The trellis serves dual purposes: offering shade from the late afternoon sun while forming a bandshell-like structure for performances. More than just a shelter, this small move revitalized an underutilized parking lot, transforming it into a dynamic space for connection and creativity. The versatile structure provides a functional backdrop for small concerts, intimate events, and serves as a unique rental venue, generating an additional sustainable revenue stream for the ArtHouse.
